You can’t go wrong with with the Refinery Men’s Grooming Lounge in New Braunfels. And you definitely can’t go wrong with Lex! Lex is amazing! She has been cutting my hair for about year now and the experience gets better every visit. I love her customer service, personality, and on point grooming skills. She goes out of her way to satisfy me, and pays attention to all of the details.
Payton is awesome. She is amazing at what she does and it’s a joy to be in her chair. She will have you laughing and smiling the entire time you’re there.
Trish is awesome. She is very thorough and always does a great job with my haircuts. I really enjoy our conversations too. Scheduling (and rescheduling) is super easy. Everyone has been welcoming and I also like the ambiance of the lounge. I look forward to coming back soon.
Went to the Refinery this week after seeing other feedback from people, and they do not disappoint! If you want a great quality haircut with good atmosphere and service, definitely go here. Trish is fantastic and takes the time to make sure she leaves you looking great. She’s got great attention to detail and left me looking amazing. Don’t hesitate to book with her!

When I went on Google to write a review, I was not at all surprised to see a 5 star total rating with so many reviews. Every time I come out to Texas, I come here to get my hairs clipped and their Shave & Shampoo service. They do such a wonderful job. Extremely recommended!
Good price considering I get one of the more premium experiences. Excellent service from everyone. Cayley is my barber and I am always happy with the results. Update: Cayley moved out of the area so I lost her as my barber, but she made sure I was transitioned over to someone new. Alexis picked up where Cayley left off and has been doing an excellent job as well. I really do recommend this place for a quality cut and a top notch experience.
I am very picky when it comes to my beard, but Emily C. always does a great job. She is very detail orientated when it comes to shaping and trimming of my beard. She always makes sure I look my best before I leave. I highly recommend her!
